Day 3: mile 71

Mt Laguna is a really neat place. High above the Anza Borego desert, there are pines, cedars and oaks.

I saw a nice sunrise:

Once it heatedup and i dropped back down into the desert, i used one of my three favorite pieces of gear so far, the umbrella. You can also see another favorite, my cream colored cotton/poly dress shirt:

This evening the sunset was nice as well:

Tomorrow is a long dry exposed section with no water for 30miles. I'm going to get an early start.
